Expired Red Cards

Important information to families receiving assistance on the Red Card:

WFP and UNHCR are currently replacing expired Red Cards for families receiving cash and/or food assistance. If your card is about to expire, you will be invited by SMS to come and collect a new Red Card at a distribution site close you. Do not discard the old card once you have collected the new one. The new cards will not be activated immediately, you must keep using the old card until you receive an SMS confirming the activation of the new Red Card.

The balance on the expired card will be automatically transferred to the new card once it is activated. For questions call 01-594250 or 1526.
