Exceptions:
Refugees who can approach the Reception Centres without an appointment include:
- Refugees with urgent medical conditions in possession of the NextCare slip
- Refugees assisted by WFP who went through the self-validation in the Liban-Post and are in possession of the slip E16
- Refugees assisted by WFP who went through the self-validation in the Liban-Post and faced a magnetic card issue
- Re-issuance of lost UNHCR certificate or barcodes
