Important information on the academic year of 2018-2019

For those of you whose children completed the academic year 2018-19, please remember to collect from schools your children’s academic transcripts as well as the year-end certificates that need to be stamped by both the school and regional MEHE office.

All these students are entitled to access their school transcripts (3alamat) and/or school certification (2ifadat Inha2) reflecting (1) the student full name, (2) place and date of birth, (3) the number of student on the list (4) the official school name, (5)the school year (6) their current grade, (7) the “pass or fail” of the current grade.

The transcript document (3alamat) and the certificate document (2ifadat Inha2) are student entitlement from KG till Grade 12 and are delivered by the school. During the end of year transcript distribution or upon demand within 1 working day, the transcript document (3alamat) is provided free of charge.

The certificate document (2ifadat Inha2) is an official document and needs a stamp of 1,000LBP from the school and another stamp of 1,000LBP from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education Regional Offices.

The public school administrations are opened during permanence dates every Tuesday starting 7th of July and till end of August.
